Affability Health was created by Jessica Eves, a healthcare operations professional dedicated to helping practices operate more efficiently, communicate more clearly, and deliver a stronger experience for both patients and staff. With experience spanning front-line administrative roles and leadership positions, she brings a well-rounded, practical understanding of what healthcare teams need to function at their best.

Holding a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Jessica made sure to provide a strong foundation in organizational leadership, operational strategy, and community health principles within Affability Health. With early entry-level administrative experience, these roles offered firsthand insight into the daily challenges healthcare staff face. From scheduling demands, documentation pressures, patient flow issues, to the operational details, she understood that these are often overlooked. As her career progressed into leadership roles, she focused on improving systems, supporting staff development, and strengthening the patient experience through intentional operational changes.

Today, this blended background informs the work of Affability Health. Affability Health specializes in administrative support, workflow optimization, communication systems, and operational structure designed to help healthcare practices stay organized, compliant, and patient-centered.
